It is a total body transformation that focuses on constant engagement of core muscles, improving posture and balance through core stabilization. Additionally, Pilates is also known to reduce back pain through core strength, spinal alignment and body awareness.

What To Expect: Based on the philosophy of Joseph Pilates, this mind and body connection mat workout involves use of the "Powerhouse" – the center place that connects abdominal muscles with the small of the back and buttocks. Tone up using moves that incorporate principles such as concentration, control, fluidity, breath and balance. *Props may be incorporated.

What To Expect: Traditional Pilates with elements from yoga, sports conditioning, the body method and modern dance. A great all-over workout that works the body from the inside out!

GROUP REFORMER
GROUP REFORMER

Energizing and flowing, these classes combine the resistance of springs with the movement of the reformer. Reformer Classes are a great way to experience Pilates on the equipment while benefiting from the expert eye of the instructor. We have a variety of reformer levels to accommodate all students. 

ONE-ON-ONE
ONE-ON-ONE

In private sessions, you will use all of the equipment unique to Pilates including: the reformer, Cadillac, chair and barrels. Working with a skilled instructor, you will develop a plan with workouts designed specifically for your body with your goals in mind! Half and full hour sessions are available.

The Small Group Pilates program is a total body transformation that focuses on constant engagement of core muscles improving overall flexibility, strength, posture, and balance in a semi private environment using reformer apparatus. Equipment varies by location. All levels are welcome!
