Can I bring a friend to the club to workout with me?
The Edge welcomes your friends and family to try our clubs. A guest may use our facility one time for free. You can pick up a guest pass in the club or call the club to let them know that you are bringing a friend. All guests must bring a valid Connecticut Driver's License.
Out of state guests must pay a day fee of $20.00.

Are there additional costs for classes?
Your membership includes most classes. There are a few specialty classes, which must be pre-paid. These classes are clearly marked on the schedule.

How old does my child need to be to bring him/her to babysitting?
Children are accepted in babysitting between the ages of 6 weeks and 10 years of age. We provide an infant only section in most of our clubs. There are also babysitting discount passes available at the front desk.

What should I bring with me to workout?
We provide, shampoo, conditioner and body wash, hairdryers, and lockers to store your belongings. You should bring a lock with you to the club and plan to bring your belongings home with you each day. Leave your valuables at home.

My child wants to start a fitness program. Can children workout at The Edge?
We offer several programs for children including Fit Kidz & Yoga For Kids. The club also offers personal training sessions for children between the ages of 12-16. Children under the age of 14, however, may not workout in the facility without a personal trainer.

I travel a lot. Where can I workout out beside The Edge?
The Edge is a proud member of the IHRSA Passport Program, which allows our members to workout while they travel worldwide. For more information on the program, log onto http://www.healthclubs.com/passport to locate a club and get more information.

How do I cancel my membership?
If you have fulfilled your membership contract simply send a letter by certified mail to ABC Financial Services, P.O. Box 6800, Sherwood, AR 72124. The body of the letter should state your full name, address, and that you wish to terminate your membership with The Fitness Edge. If you have not fulfilled your membership contract, you must provide proof of move or disability to cancel your agreement. Proof of move would include a new driver's license, lease, utility bill, etc. All cancellations require 30 days notice.

What are my options for paying my monthly dues?
For your convenience, The Edge will electronically deduct (EFT) your monthly dues from either your checking account or credit card account. You may also choose to buy a pre-paid membership. We accept all major credit cards.

How do I make changes to my account?
You will need to visit an Edge facility and fill out a , "Membership Change Form."

I've lost my membership card. How do I get it replaced?
What is the cost of replacement? There is no charge to replace your lost card. Simply stop by the front desk and we will be happy to issue a new one.

What if I have additional questions or comments to make to a customer service representative?
You are the key to our business and we want to know what you think! Each club has a member service "mail box" with member comment forms. You can also contact membership services at fecorp@hotmail.com.

How do I contact the corporate office?
Our general managers are in our clubs to take care of all your needs. If I have an unresolved customer service situation, who do I contact?
All customer service concerns can be handled by any one of the General Managers in our facilities. They are all there to meet your needs. Should you need further assistance please contact us at fecorp@hotmail.com.

How do I get started with a personal trainer two to three times a week?
Our Front Desk team can set up all of your appointments for you and even help you with a payment plan. We offer training seven days a week and have over 80 personal trainers for you to choose from.
