Group Exercise
Soothe your soul with any of our amazing yoga, NIA and pilates practices; increase your aerobic stamina by participating
in our invigorating step, dance, Spinning, and Tae Bo classes; strengthen your whole self through
challenging EdgeFlex, Reebok Core Board or Boot Camp regimens. The fun doesn't stop there though.
We also offer group specialty classes with semi-private Pilates Reformer, outdoor boot camp and
Pro Style Kickboxing sessions. For both children and adults, rest assured that you will find
something to meet your needs and keep group fitness fresh and fun at The Edge.
