Commonly Asked Questions And Policies
Do All Classes Require Registration?
No. Classes that require a reservation, are labeled with the tag: “Reservation Required”
How Soon In Advance Can I Register?
Class registration opens the day before the class, 5am–10pm, and is on a first come, first serve basis.
How Do I Know If I Have Been Accepted Into A Class?
Upon registering, a list of all classes you have registered for will appear on your screen. You will also receive a confirmation email immediately letting you know you have been accepted.
Make sure to select the e-mail opt in option when setting up your account. This will allow the system to send you these notifications.
If I Get Closed Out Of Class Can I Get Put On A Waitlist?
Yes. Waitlist space is limited. You will receive a confirmation email letting you know you’ve been accepted onto the waitlist. If a space opens up and you are accepted, you will receive an email instantaneously (as long as you set up your account with the e-mail opt in option enabled).
If you are moved up from the waitlist and can no longer attend, you will need to cancel prior to the start of class. If you should receive the confirmation without enough notice to attend or cancel in time, you can send an e-mail (at your convenience) to groupx@optonline.net to avoid receiving an absence in your history.
What If I Cannot Keep A Class Reservation And Need To Cancel?
It is imperative you cancel a reservation whenever you cannot keep it. Class cancellations can only be done online. To cancel your reservation simply:
Visit the Group Exercise Schedule on our Website
Log in using your username and password
Click on the “MY INFO” tab followed by the “MY SCHEDULE TAB”
A listing of all the classes you have registered for will appear. Select the class you would like to cancel your reservation for and click on “CANCEL”
You will automatically be removed from the class and will receive a confirmation email notifying you of the cancellation.
Any reservation that cannot be kept must be cancelled online prior to the start of class. Failure to comply with this policy more than 3 times will result in the suspension of online reservation privileges. Out of courtesy to those on the wait list, please try to cancel with at least one hours notice.
How can I check the status of my account?
Once you have logged in, click on the “MY INFO” tab. Then click on “MY HISTORY”.
A complete history for your account will appear.
Should you find an error, you can have it corrected by sending an e-mail (at your convenience) to groupx@optonline.net
What If I Lose My Password?
When you signed up for your online account you should have received a confirmation email with your username and password. If you cannot locate that email you can also click on the
“FORGOT MY LOG IN LINK” located at the top right of your sign in screen.
