I believe in resistance training for all my clients and the methodology, resistance load, rep range and volume all depend upon the client’s initial fitness level and goals. I believe in a progressive approach but always acknowledging proper form and technique first before progressing any variable in their resistance program. Hypertrophy training and HIIT interval training are two examples of approaches I utilize with respect to my clients’ individual goals. I am also a firm believer in a holistic approach that involves my clients training themselves mentally for success and connecting the mind with the body. Visualization techniques, meditation, deep breathing exercises and yoga are the main mind-body activities I encourage my clients to practice in order to achieve their best self both inside and out.
